Coach of the Year: Ted Arneault Jr. - Oak Glen. Ted Arneault Jr. began his head coaching career with Oak Glen in 2016 going (2-8), (2-8) again and (5-5) before leading The Golden Bears to a undefeated regular season record along with hosting a first-ever playoff game in school history.

Quarterback Award: Daylin Goad, JR - Mingo Central. Junior Daylin Goad finished the regular season with 3,047 passing yards and 30 passing touchdowns leading The Miners to a (8-2) record.

Outstanding Senior Quarterback: Alex Dunlevy, SR - Wheeling Park. Senior Alex Dunlevy finished the regular season with 2,554 passing yards, breaking the single-season passing record at Wheeling Park along with trowing 27 touchdowns leading The Patriots to a (8-2) record hosting a playoff game.

Outstanding Wide Receiver: Drew Hatfield, SR - Mingo Central. Senior Drew Hatfield finished the regular season with 1,795 receiving yards and 20 receiving touchdowns.

Most Inspirational Player and Team: Wyatt Milum, JR - Spring Valley and The Martinsburg Bulldogs. Junior offensive tackle Wyatt Milum is the most recruited player in the state having racked up very impressive offers from Alabama, Kentucky, Notre Dame, Penn State, Virginia Tech, Georgia, Louisville, Marshall, Michigan, North Carolina State, WVU, Ohio State, and Virginia. The Martinsburg Bulldogs ended their regular season on another high note winning their 52nd consecutive game. (53 total wins with latest being in the opening round of the playoffs against Preston 84-0).





Top Community Servant of the Year: Chris Pedigo - Princeton.
